picture quality is pretty awful, partly because of the compression I used to
make it web friendly.

The video is
still about 8 MB so will take a couple of minutes to download even with
fast broadband. If you want to save a copy you can right-click here
and use Save Target As...
If you're on dialup, here's
a 2.5 MB version in Windows Media format you can download with much less
quality, but only 10 mins of download time (versus an hour or more for the full
version).
